Docks and Lifts -----------------------------------------------------

Seneca Lake Eastside

Non-pile Driven Permanent Dock

6' x 60' with a 12' x 12'deck

Not all lake bottoms are suitable to have pilings driven for a permanent dock, though FLDB can construct a non-pile driven "permanent" dock and lift system with the look and stability of one. Using 6" x 6", galvanized box-beam steel welded to ¼" steel plates, it is then framed out using pressure treated lumber. A variety of configurations and decking materials are available to accommodate your style and needs.

Non-pile Driven Permanent Boat Lift

4000# Lift with Steel Truss Style Roof

The materials used to construct this lift structure are: 6" x 6" galvanized box-beam steel, ¼" steel plates, bolts and pressure treated lumber. These materials are welded and plated together to form columns. 6" x 6" treated lumber is slid down to fit in the box-beam sleeves. From this, the rest of the framework is bolted and plated together and the I-beams, roof trusses, and lift supports are put into place.

The lift itself has two optional PSI Direct Drive Power Units for fast cradle travel, custom dogged-legged cradles for low water situations and custom bearing extrusions with nylatron bushings. A variety of accessories is available, as well as upgrades to a 7000#, and 11,000# lifting capacity.
